Which fuse?

Thanks for the advice guys.
I plugged into the connector as in the FAQ although I agree that it's not impossible that mine are the 'other way around' (would be typical to be honest!).
The inline fuse is sorted and I think the earth was good. I've just checked the fuse and that's good too so it must be the connection to the origin cable.
A visit to Maplins in on the cards for a better connector!
