Default Getting past speed limiter..

Hi all, I have a Jap spec S2K, after driving it around on small town roads for a day or so, I got the chance to open up the throttle on some country roads!!

However, much to my dissapointment, the car started to 'jolt' at around th 110/115mph mark - it felt like the power was being sapped away - after some worried moments I realised that apparently Jap cars have a speed limiter built in and obviously it had not been removed in my motor

Can anyone suggest how to get rid of this major annoyance - please???

SS.

Check the small ads in Autotrader, there are plenty of firms who specialise in this sort of thing, alternatively find a Jap Import specialist and ask them if they can do it or recomend someone who can.
