I'd say it was tasteful. At the end of the day it's nice to add your touch to your car and not worry. A potential buyer will most likely change it or live with it, there's plenty more buyers than sellers for s2000's in my opinion.

Or hedge your bets like I did - source a replacement cover for low £s for refurb and keep your original

Yeah I guess so.

I also can't decide whether I actually prefer the red or not though! Something nice about that big red lump under the bonnet.
