The OEM hoops aren't tall enough to make a harness safe. They're designed to work in conjunction with the factory 3 point inertia reel so your body is able to fold forwards and inwards in the event of a roll over. You'll need a proper roll hoop which is taller than the OEM hoops if you want to use harnesses safely.
Take a look at the Hard Dog website for an example. I had a local race prep company make a rough copy of once of their roll hoops but MSA compliant (thicker tubing).
If you just want a harness bar and don't care about safety the easiest thing to do would be to loop it round the OEM rear strut bar, or make a thicker rear strut bar - seen that before. You will need to add a chassis mounting point for the inner lap belt mounts as well (unless you don't care about safety, then use the seat belt mounts on the seats).
