I would just get a visual match from an eBay search

They are like 15 quid, not worth fixing imo

Any suggestions?

There are so many pattern parts for this pump, and highly likely it's a blueprint part from a motor factors. The one I replaced for my previous S200 was the windscreen washer pump, cost £10 and a sealed unit like you describe. They normally last 5-10 years before gumming up, and as Jason hints, many don't use the headlight washers. A bit like the air con - I'd rather pull the whole lot out as it's a waste of time - I remember my windows steaming up more when mine worked and also created fog out the vents in certain atmospheric conditions.
The headlight washers never really clean the lens at all, they just make a mess of your nice clean bonnet/hood and cover it in diluted washer fluid. Not great as on hotter days and left to dry, it could settle into the lacquer and cause stains (depending on your dilution ratio of washer fluid of course).
I don't buy the argument of MOT testers, I've never had an advisory for my headlight washers not working ever. My W reg 21 years ago worked, but you would invariably lean on the centre console switch and soak yourself hood down.

Thanks guys. Where my car is registered doesn't require headlamp washers anyway. Plugging the fluid container where the pump is plugged appears to be the best solution unless a good pump falls from the sky into my hands :-).

I pulled the fuse on the headlamp washers about 14 years ago when I got fed up with jizz all over my bonnet and apart from telling the MOT people not to replace it, they have never failed the car for the MOT

I don't know whether they should fail but they sometimes do

I have one car where they are removed and another which has them. On that car I make sure they work

Headlamp washing and levelling systems are a legal requirement and required if the LED headlamp or high intensity discharge lamp has a luminous intensity exceeding 2,000 lumens. If the luminous intensity isn’t marked on the lamp, a tester won’t be able to tell if these systems are needed. In this case, the headlamps will be treated as ordinary lamps and the vehicle can be passed as they don’t need washers or levelling devices fitted

Interesting that. the S has h/lamp washers but her KIA doesn't yet the led lights on the front appear much brighter/whiter so my assumption they had a higher lumen count, obviously not just more efficient.
