Default Help with diagnostic codes

Hi,

Ive been having a problem with my abs light coming on when i go over about 130k and the abs cutting in when slowing from about 5km to 0. Though the abs only cuts in if the abs light isnt on.
a garage plugged in the diagnostics and 2 codes came up, 18-1 and 24-1.
does anyone know what these codes refer to?
im thinking its the abs sensor but i wasnt expecting 2 codes only one.

appreciate your help,
Ger

24 - pulser RL

18 - wheel senor (electrical noise/intermittent interuption) RL

I have some of these i was trying to read ABS codes for a program which i aint got round to doing

Note i cant gaurantee these are correct, you garage must have a simple reader as most have an LCD screen and can output the text too.

Actually its

18 - left rear wheel sensor

24 - left rear pulser

I think replacing the sensor will be get rid of both codes, though dont quote me on this!!

Ha ha, thanks for the help.
this might seem like a stupid question because im not the most technically minded but what is the pulser?
im guessing its got something to do with the wire between the sensor and what its connected to!

Simplyput: Basically a gear (circle) with teeth on it, but if the sensor is broke it wont get the pulse/speed back it wants or expects.

The gear could be damaged but i doubt it.
