Gad - My thoughts exactly, pretty much why I think just 3rd Party only is the cheapest option and buy a really cheap beater. Only worry is the places he goes to its likely to be nicked unless some security (worth more than the car) is added so might as well just have the opinion if its nicked buy a new one.

Unfortunately for you , premiums for boys are far greater than the girls.
I wouldnt even bother with tp only its a very small difference up to tpft , although maybe you wouldnt consider claiming on a loss for a

I sympathise it took me ages to get anywhere with insurance for any of my cars including the S, The best by far has always been Elephant aka Admiral, most competitive by far, always worth a try for a quote.



How much would it cost a 17 years old to insure an elephant?
