No they dont. Unfortunatley what they have to do is rewire the electric to convert it then use a black marker over the letter K in KPH so the dash reads PH.

Nick - Sorry don't know of any ESVA centres. Best to start looking in and around shipping ports. I assume most of the larger ports will have a test centre.

My mate from work is currently dealing with them to get a DC5. They do all the paperwork associated with importing and make it UK legal, change the counters etc..

I've had a look at the auctions they have access to and there are a few nice S2000's about. Worth a phone call.
