Jacking up

Has anyone measured the ground clearance on standard UK S2000?

I'm sure using the scissor jack would work, but I think I might look around to see if I can get a jack over here that will fit under.
The alternatives seem a little too likely to degenerate into a comedy sketch

Or, could do a low rider conversion, so the hydraulics could raise the car... errr maybe not

I got the smallest trolly jack I could find after watching the Kwick-Fit man lifting the car by the front wing

Personally, I think a trip to B&Q for a 6x2 off cut is in order.

I normally use a piece of pine or other soft wood between the car & jack. It saves the paint and spreads the load. Adds friction, too.
