knock sensor help
I would have said unlikely
I've no access to part numbers to say for certain but a knock sensor is an accelerometer tuned to detect a particular frequency of vibration. That vibration is caused by the shockwave from knock impacting the block. That frequency is determined by the shortblock components and hence any change of block/crank/pistons/rods. Even minor changes in any of those will result in the knock sensor having to be re-evaluated.
Having a completely different engine as is in the Accord I'd think they'd have to have a completely different sensor (might look the same and use the same technology but if the tuning is different you rick significant damage to the engine)
