My 03 is just starting to bubble on offside rear arch, is it the rubber strip that causes this ( traps water etc ) ? is it better off removed ?

Hello,

Just removed the rear arch liners and the rust is not as bad as I was expecting, still there though so not happy.

I have some pictures this time. You will all have to bear with me as I am not very good at uploading, I will include a link to my Flickr.

What do you fellow owners recommend, I plan on thoroughly cleaning the entire arch this weekend and then waxoiling the affected areas, then to add a little more protection underseal the parts where the rust has come through.

Any thoughts anyone?

Cheers

Mike
