manifold torque settings

Default manifold torque settings

hi am about to fit a dixon manifold to my s and just wondered if anybody know the torque settings i should use?

I assume you mean the nuts which attach the manifild to the head, in which case the service manual lists the torque setting as 23 lbft = 3.2 kgm = 31 Nm

I nipped mine a bit more than that, as it felt way too slack. Careful of overtightening though, as you can shear studs, or looses nut over lots of heat cycles.
