Maybe there is an element of truth in the 10bhp story.
There is 10whp between my stock car and MB's.
But measuring at 8400 rpm a single figure - is not the whole story as that graph demonstrates.
I'm sure a few people would be quite content with 20-30whp gain throughout a chunk of the revband.
Would be good to see LTB's, Man's Best etc etc overlayed.

Hell a before and after with mine added a little more than the 10BHP figure.
I've also lost track on the amount of time I've been to the dyno, i agree with you the ECU is the icing on the cake
. Also a piggyback its never going to compete with a standalone, even the greddy POS.I digress sorry.
When tuning a car, mapping is one of the most important parts. All the performance mods may improve things but the map needs doing to make it all work together and pull the most out of the mods.
Its like cooking, I can use the same ingredients as my wife, but her food tastes soo much better!
