If you want to DIY Mark, all the resources including me are here. I like spannering
But you need to ensure the bushes are free if you want to set the ride height lower than oem.

Ok just been looking at weight issues, and I think i've saved a mere 9kg so far.

I just weighed the OEM wheels at 35.2kg
Front - 8.1 kg
Rear - 9.5 kg

I believe my Rays are 26kg
Front - 6.3 kg
Rear - 6.7 kg

Also just weighed the new Tein Monoflex and they come in at a total of 19.k kg

Front 5.1 kg
Rear 4.7 Kg

Not sure on the OEM ones but I will find out soon

J's manifold should be here Friday

Might have a crack at fitting it this weekend.

I'm leaning towards NA mods for now, and the blower can come later if need be. So that means a decat, rear system, and AEM EMS.

Intake I haven't decided on but it will probably be a modified airbox and K&N or Cosworth filter

Other thing i'm looking at is power preservation - in the name of a Hondata manifold gasket.

Booked in for the suspension work mid March too. I'm taking the same approach as the engine mods here too, starting basic and see how I get on. Lowering 20mm with the Monoflex, thus negating the requirement for spacers / adjustable arms and all that gubbins. I can always go further with it later.

Are you doing the hondata gasket yourself?, i was going to go with one but i couldnt be arsed in the end, looks to be a good mod as far as heat is transfer is concerned maybe more noticable on a track.

IIRC for every 3c rise in intake temp the air density drops 1% so how much difference i dont know maybe a couple of BHP, is the IAT still on the I.M on MY04's?
