Yep it does nudge the seat a bit as I mentioned earlier, but it's not an issue for me. Like I said, it's a little big for the S2000 but I wouldn't want the actual seat area to be much smaller.

Nomad, got the seats from seats4u. I normally use Unit 8 but got bored of Stevie never calling me back, even after spending a couple of grand with him. These came next day from stock. The rails were direct from Buddy Club but there's a long wait for them!

Such a big difference though and i'd recommend them to anyone.

Right i've got the seat to slide back and forwards nicely, and it doesn't touch the door anymore, but it does mean the front left seat bolt hole doesn't line up now. I am going to have to drill and tap a new hole in the floor pan for the front left seat rail bolt. It's because the bolsters are so wide they are pushing the rail in.

It's possible there is some adjustment I can do to make these buggers work, but i've got them set perfectly and i'd rather drill a hole in the floor tbh There's 4 there already!

I might release all the left hand side of the seat and see if I can push it over a bit. All worth it though!

Sounds interesting Mr Rice

Just did some searching, but doesn't look like the result gives enough power for the effort?

His dyno was at altitude, so looks like 300bhp and not a snail in sight. You could do the first one in the UK ?

Tempting, but seems like a lot of surgery. I'd guess it's a £3k conversion?

I'd like one of those shiny J's racing 300 bhp engines! Probably double the money but it drops right in.

I've got the header / intake and breathing mods already I guess. But $12k is probably £10k by the time it's landed, which is the cost of my car

I'm putting out about 260 bhp anyway so their 270-280 bhp isn't enough to warrant it.

I like the idea of the Rotrex really.
