Just rang Ling's Honda and they couldn't find it either. Really confusing

Thanks, my interior is blue which they have apparently discontinued. Maybe I'll get a set in black, its only to stop damaging the original carpet anyway.

Just had a call back, apparently there isn't meant to be a panel below the steering wheel at all, its designed to be open!!

Find it really hard to believe, please can anyone take a look at their car and confirm if this is indeed the case?

Had same question and looked into it and checked the workshop manual diagrams etc. and it seems that Honda decided not to fit one

There isn't a panel below the steering wheel, at least there hasn't been on the two of mine. You can go into the footwell on your back and see and get to all the wiring you need to.
