Default Possible minor gotcha if you have a euro import

Folks,

I just went to Trident Honda in Thames Ditton (formerly Guy Salmon) to pick up some carpet clips.

They were the wrong colour - grey not red.

The guy checked the colour code off my vehicle before ordering. He said that different countries use different codes for the colour schemes. They are going to reorder using a different colour code.

So, either they made a mistake, or it's something to be aware of when ordering trim bits.

Pete

Stange - my understanding of UK spec cars sourced in the EU is that they where cars destined for the UK that just stayed on the boat 1 stoptoo longe!! -Therefore, other than dealer fitted equipment (Cat 1 alarm, locking w/nuts etc) they should not be distinguishable from cars purchased at UK dealers

What exactly are these carpet clips?
It's just that my Muz Mats keep sliding forward and its starting to get really irritating. I don't have any eyeholes in my mat so would these be any good to me?

I'm referring to the trim clips that hold the carpet on to the transmission tunnel - can't help you with the mats.
