The ones i do see are, the one in the engine bay at the front, the one in the windscreen, and the one stamp on the back of the engine bay. I do not have one on:

Either doors
Boot
Reader bumper
Door shuts
Bonnet

My main concern is safety, as i often drive my girlfriend round in the car. I have taken some pics of where i think the VIN's should be:

Its going over to TGM next week, so i will ask them to take a look, but do you think this looks like its had a big smack at some point? The HPI came back clear, if every panel had to be replaced thats going to be fairly costly and i doubt someone would fork out all that cash for a repair.

Should i be concerned?
Corrected. I have already told you how to do it yourself. Copy the direct link from photobucket and you're sorted

Stop worrying, you're fine.

, a Few years back there were a few Jap sports cars sneaked in through Europe to avoid import tax these cars were not recognised by Honda UK and were are classed as non Honda's hence the lack of markings HTH

Did you check to see if this is a requirement in the UK a d not a US only thing?

Never heard of this before, ever, in my life. Never seen a VIN not on the baulk head / engine / windscreen.

Suggest it's an American thing.

Crist even if your car has a different vin on a different panel it doesn't mean its going to explode! Most cars have a little dink at some time in there life.
