No clutch pressing required to start a car here in Europe jimi! Nothing to stop us starting a car in gear ... except the car in front!

And heated mirrors, I think that is new for the MY04, certainly didn't have it on any previous model.

oh my god! you hit the starter when the engine was running! do you know how much damage you've done to the engine/starter/electrics..........

A young lady I know started a new job in IT support with a very large Norwegion oil company about 10 years ago. On her 1st day she was shown around the computer room and was shown a switch and told 'what ever you do, dont touch that!' 'why not?' she said 'just dont' was th rather unhelpful answer.

Anyway, you all know what is comming next, a couple of days later she was alone in the computer room and pressed the forbidden switch. Result? Mainframe computer powers down very ungracefully, over 500 people left without access to computer sytems for 4 working days

Remarkably, she dint loose her job

 

good job it wasn't a halon fire extinguisher system!...
