call origin, they will send stronger magnets to you

 

I just called origin (v. helpful) and they're sending some stronger magnets through.

 

Origin are very helpful, just got myself a free subscription as a Mac client is still not available for it and was promised in there instructions as being available in 2003/2004.

 

Recently bought a 2nd hand model off ebay-I had problems with it & they replaced it with a brand new unit.

I've had, on the odd occasion, satellite blips. Seems to settle down by removing and replacing the unit in the cradle

Bloody accurate GPS as well

 

Snap! I got mine off ebay as well.

It's good to know they'll replace the unit if I continue to have problems.

 

i'm on my second unit - took them about 7 weeks to turn it round. Pretty crap service...

 

When i asked for the stronger magnets i got them in a couple of days, I've always found them to be very good service
