I always thought the only symptom for needing spacers was vibration?

MB, yeah Geo is on the todo list regardless but I've had hardly any time to get it sorted recently and the comp bushes need doing too as the caster bolt is seized. Will take it out later for a drive and check the wheels, it is something I tend to check periodically anyway after having the front calipers stuck and replaced in the past.

Just been out in it again, did a few hardish stops (70-0) and drove for a little bit at 60. All wheels stone cold, it doesn't seem to be doing it as much today (hardly at all in fact), so maybe the brakes were a little stuck as it hadn't been driven for a week.

I always though this too, but after speaking to a chap who had a very modded S a few years back, he was surprised I wasn't running with spacers. It sort of makes sense, that if the suspension is lower on one side due to cornering, the driveshaft will be seated differently in the groove and when changing gear the affect of this will be felt through the wheel.

My geo needs to be done again after installing new coilovers, but I think fitting spacers has - for the most - fixed the cars pulling to the left under power, and pulling to the right when letting off.
