Hello.

I have just had my battery replaced as the old one was dead, so now my radio is asking for the code. The only problem is I can’ find it :S

I rang my local dealers and they said that they do not have/access to codes for cars that was not purchased from them ,and they would have to reset the radio. the question is . Is that true?

P.s. I can’t ring the original dealer as they have gone bust.
If you can't find the code Honda will charge £60 for the pleasure of resetting it, try a car audio place they must be cheaper than honda a good one will be able to identify the actual make of the radio.
They charged me a tenner when I bought my car 3 years ago.

Thanks for the info Jody,

I rang another dealer and they have sorted it for me. they did charge an admin fee(£12 for them that want to know) and I had to take the car down.
