Removing Wing Badges
I wanted to remove the stuck on badges on the front wings I went about it as follows:
1) With dental floss (long piece between both hands)use sawing action and pulling slightly away from car cut through glue pad on rear of Badge .
2) Remove glue remaining on wing with soft rag and meths(drink if goes horribly wrong)Use sparingly and glue will come away in small blobs with repeated rubbing and renewed application of meths and new section of rag ! ( approx 2-3 minutes )
3) Apply polish to area as required
4) Stand back and admire a cleaner looking side elevation

Someone else did it by pouring boiling water on the badges to soften the glue. I shall leave mine on. Thought about using the badges elsewhere.... radio cover??

I saw on a S2000 in Tokyo that the owner had replaced the s2000 badge on the side by a "classic" honda logo (script version - the one on the top of that page : http://www.honda.co.jp/hondafan/motion/index.html )
If anyone knows how to get it...

The American guy used WD40 to get rid of his glue.

Well, I've just taken off those horrible 'Honda' wing badges. I used a hairdryer to soften up the glue, some dental floss to get the removal started, and a piece of thin, stiff card to get the badge off. Then it was some hard rubbing with a cloth and WD40 to remove the rest of the glue and finally a polish.
Looks great! Took about 20 mins to do both sides.
I've left the S2000 badges on to see how I feel about them now the Honda badges have gone (but I think they might go eventually)
