Side Badges
Want to do a side debadging this weekend, does anyone here know if they are pinless or not?
Obviously if they have pins at the back then i will leave them as is.

No just stuck on, so you'll be fine. Shouldn't leave much residue. Get a hair and gently heat them up, you should be able to pull them off easily.
I'm the opposite, the car came de-badged, didn't like the looks so bought the badges

Mine were a royal pig to remove, it wasn't the original sticky stuff on the back that's for sure. It took me almost 2 hours per side to get all the badges and all the residue off.

I did mine a good few years ago , but seem to recall I used dental floss to cut them off by working it behind the badge as it doesn't damage the paint. Once off I think I probably used WD40 clean off the glue residue along with some Meguirs detail cleaner. Then waxed the wing afterwards.
I'm sure there are posts out there that explain it better than i have! :-)

i heated mine with the hair drier.
a lot of sticky stuff remianed on the fender - i just rolled it with the dry fingers and it gradually rolled off.
i'm talking about HONDA badges....

Looking to refit the badges on mine, did you use a template to position them?
