Default Rigid collars

I'm getting work on my S at the moment, and while I have it on the lift, I was wondering about fitting rigid collars. I'd be interested in comments from those who have them fitted, no doubt I'll get comments from others too. All gratefully accepted. Thanks

it's in my plan as well but will be a couple of months from now to get it done, I used to have them on my FD2 and it's worth spending.

As in engine mount or diff mount collars? I have fitted stiffer engine mounts to my S2000 and have diff collars waiting to be fitted. I had engine mount inserts fitted to my EP3 and they made a world of difference to throttle control. The power went down straight away, no delay. The engine mounts made a noticeable difference to the S2000 and I'm hoping the diff collars will compliment them. I have quite a high tolerance to noise and vibrations in the cabin but a few of my friends dislike it. To me the 'raw' feel of driving outweighs any noise/vibrations.

I was referring to the chassis/sub frame collars. Ive an ETD fitted which gives me the power down straight away feel.

Unless you are going to race your car they will have no effect what so ever, except you will have £200 squashed between your subframe and chassis

There are plenty of people on here with cast iron opinions without even trying the product. Here is a review from an s2000 owner we received this morning.

A point well made. I imagine the grammar police will be along soon to comment that your customer would better spend their cash on English lessons.
