Just opened my email inbox to see AFI in the states have sent me some progress pictures of my custom intake manifold being built. It has some great dyno proven properties for boosted S2K's allowing you to reach the same power levels you could on a stock manifold but with less boost. Anything that lowers the cylinder pressures and delivers the power is good in my book. Now hurry up and ship it!

Hard work mate!
Im using a carbide bit on an air tools attachment initially to smooth out any potential stress points in the casting. Rough sharp edges, casting lines, feeds etc. Then im going over it with and 80 grit flap wheels and cartridge roll. Followed by a wire brush on a bench grinder. It does look well though. It was more of a test than anything. The others will just be smothed on the casting areas and then set for shot blasting. After that I an having them powdercoated slate grey before fitting my polybush kit.

Going to draw up some drive shaft spacers and a bump steer kit. Will get some pictures up once done. Maybe others would be interested in them. If so I'll look into becoming a trader on the site.
