Sheepy has had various Honda tuning Magazine featured cars over the past 5 years. All his builds are immaculate and renowned in the US Honda community. He's helping me out more than a little with this project by sourcing and sending alot of my parts, aswell as being there for detailled advice on some of the more tricky details.

Cheers Rob. I need to keep plugging on, lots to do but things are going well. Have you payed for your diffuser yet? I went for the bumper and fenders but am undecided on the diffuser and have to get the money by today at the latest... What shall I do? Hmmm

Just opened my email inbox to see AFI in the states have sent me some progress pictures of my custom intake manifold being built. It has some great dyno proven properties for boosted S2K's allowing you to reach the same power levels you could on a stock manifold but with less boost. Anything that lowers the cylinder pressures and delivers the power is good in my book. Now hurry up and ship it!

Hard work mate!

Im using a carbide bit on an air tools attachment initially to smooth out any potential stress points in the casting. Rough sharp edges, casting lines, feeds etc. Then im going over it with and 80 grit flap wheels and cartridge roll. Followed by a wire brush on a bench grinder. It does look well though. It was more of a test than anything. The others will just be smothed on the casting areas and then set for shot blasting. After that I an having them powdercoated slate grey before fitting my polybush kit.

Going to draw up some drive shaft spacers and a bump steer kit. Will get some pictures up once done. Maybe others would be interested in them. If so I'll look into becoming a trader on the site.

Another development on the suspension front. Looks like polybushes may not be the way afterall...Hmmm thoughts to ponder.
