Can somebody try this who has the near stalling on a regular base.

In the photo your see a pipe arrowed, pull that pipe off and see how you get on.

Now the reason I'm saying try this is I had a service a while ago and when checking the oil I noticed this pipe was off, I stuck it back on and now and again I have the nearly stalling but I'm bloody sure with the pipe off I didn't, I also noticed the revs are maybe a couple of hundred higher with it off.

I asked in the under the hood forum about the pipe and was told:

That hose (or pipe as you called it) is part of a very complicated and extensive system called the "Pulsed Secondary Air Injection System". This is part of the car's emissions control system and has to do with controlling the time and duration that air is pumped into the exhaust manifold to help the cat clean up the exhaust after a cold start.
Those who have installed cold air intakes have commonly gotten this line crossed with the one next to it, resulting in a Check Engine Light. If this line were to be kept off that fitting, it would take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for the CEL to come on. The car can run in this condition but it would not be emissions friendly.

I never got any check engine light with it off, maybe there could be a fault with the pulsed secondary air injection system?

Worth a try

Take the air intake pipe off,of the inlet manifold, use engine cleaner, alcohol based cleaner, inside as far as you can get ,turn the throttle spring so you can get right inside, see if that helps.

My Dealer told me i needed a new throttle response sender at

With the GruppeM you can hear the pulsing from that !?! I know cos I thought there was something leaking, went round and squeezed all the pipes and that one stopped it, it is beacuse the fuel rail is pressurised !!
