Default Spark plug recall

I have a Jdm & unsure if its had the spark plug recall. Was it just a case of a simple change of spark plug to the NGK PFR7G-11S.

You can also get BKR7EIX (same temp but full iridium)

How can you tell if the problem has already been checked and/or fixed on your vehicle?

There was no oil jet recall in Japan so I doubt it. Its lasted this long (67k) so i doubt ill bother. That recall mentions a spark plug gasket that deforms I take it that comes with the new plugs?

That's a handy site, although it doesn't show any recalls for post '02 cars.
