I just went for my first top down blast since the end of October, and the first time I've heard the HKS exhaust in all it's glory out on the open road.
I was delighted with the way the soft-top looked after almost 5 months in it's hidey-hole. Roof came up into position first time, no problem and then I did Tif's trick with hot water over the back window and... bingo - it was as good as new - no creases at all. I'm sure the tube I made and put in the window before it went into hibernation was the reason, because the window was only "wavily" creased, not sharply creased, when I first raised the hood.

I should be working but I'll go in early and stay late Monday
It's cloudy and grey and 11 degrees here, but if tomorrow is fine, I'm off to recce the SuperMeet route. Trouble is Jill has a bad cold so, even if it's sunny tomorrow, I won't be able to put the roof down.

Nice one Pete. My hard top came off about a week ago. I've done over 500 miles top down since then - with the red forehead to prove it!
My only problem is that it's going to be hard putting the hardtop back on for the winter after hearing my Spoon exhaust at full chat with the hood down
-Brian.
