Speed sensing volume control
Ive just found out that Z3's have speed sensing volume control on their radio And it might even sense roof up/down as well!!!
I want it! It is just too far to stretch my little finger to flick the volume up!
But seriously, I have roof up/down sensors (standard Honda Cat1 alarm) so how hard would it be to get a speed feed?

The VDO Dayton heads have a background noise sensor. You adjust the volume of the head unit relative to the background noise. The demo I had showed it worked when you dropped the roof the volumne went up..... Drive on a noisy road surface and the volumne went up

I had a Ford Explorer that had a speed controlled volume control too. I believe it is something that is built into the ICE Head unit it self and must run off an input from the speedo assembly
But since I know nothing about car engineering my word is worth ........
