strut brace
#2
I believe on the S2000 they don't do much on their own, and should be fitted in conjunction with a front lower one too.
I've always wondered about fitting one and what effects an upper will have?, since i already have a lower one fitted.
I would like to know too.
I remember Chris@CG said you don't want to tighten up everything too much or it will bounce and become unstable on bumpy'ish B roads etc.

What Irv said. The lower one makes the biggest difference, and is awesome. The strut brace doesn't do a great deal, particularly not on its own, but it looks nice. I think I'm going to sell mine, so keep your eyes peeled in the for sale section if you want one.

Spoon lower X brace is really good, made the most difference to the car tbh. Only down side is having to funnel oil during oil changes (X beam meets at the sump drain and it can go everywhere) The other popular alternative is the Cusco or Whiteline I believe and these get around the oil drainage problem. Rear lower is a definite to replace the tin foil standard.

Just about the only thing the front upper brace does is give you a place to rest your arms when working under the bonnet.
Sir, I stand corrected.
