Dixon went out of his way for me. Good comms, so I can't complain. I was spending a few grand though.

I've spent nearly £2k there on 2 geo's, cage and dash flock.

Cage was shoddy work and I had to pay to get it rectified.

The geo service was ok but given the settings, any place with a hunter aligment can adjust it to your preference.

Dash flock was also shit work.

I obviously won't be going back to him.

I haven't had work done there but I have brought parts which have got to me when he said.also he is very knowledgeable and doesn't mind giving advice which has been a great help to me.

Shame to see not all of us are so pleased.

I've bought things from him and so have family.

I've willingly waited for some low margin stuff I knew would need to be flown from the states which he kindly picked up in person when he was actually visiting the vendor - impressive customer service.

My parents bought some parts from him for me one Christmas and they didn't arrive until some time later.

My fiancé also bought some parts for me for a birthday present not long after Christmas and as a result of the delays with the parts my parents ordered, he put both items in the box together and subsequently hand-delivered them to my office - if I recall correctly, he had a meeting within about 30 minutes drive of my office - impressive customer service again.

I bought some parts in June and chased him after 3 months had passed (I'm quite laid back about the pace of my project as I don't like rushing) - I then emailed just over a week ago and had no reply. I then emailed a week later marking it as urgent and did receive a note back apologising and explaining that they were re-locating.

Dixon seems a highly knowledgeable chap with a true passion for the S2000 and an interest in doing a deal to get business in the door - he quoted me for a full subframe swap inc coilover fitting with all the trimming (powder-coated welded up subframes, the lot) and the price was fair.

Having visited the old garage in person, I decided against having the work done due to the disorder and lack of cleanliness.

I think that once Dixon is back to normal and has a fresh, clean new premises & some calm to his days, he will be back into the swing of things.

Nice chap, just needs to get more hands on deck to help with their popularity, or more organised (or both).

He needs to get his focus on the place again.

I've always been a happy customer but lately had a few too many dissapointments that just aren't necessary and wouldn't have happened if they were more motivated to do a good job.

I hope moving into the new premises livens things up a bit again.

I have bought AD08s from Dixon on more than one occasion. Service and delivery has generally been good.

10 days in and still not a sign of a decat or my money back.

If any of you know him personally will you ask him to log into his paypal account and click the refund button, it will take less than a minute out of his super busy schedule.

I'm pleased I didn't do a bank transfer of the money or I would have no comeback now, I know it's only £100 but it's mine.
