I know we discussed this before, and DMS or Dixon Motorsport had not in fact gone under - they were just terrible at answering the phone!

HOWEVER... i am now definitely unable to contact them of find them.

I had my Honda in for quite a bit of work - £1000 worth, and the work was good. There was one issue - and that was that the wrong tyre was ordered for my car (partly my fault). Because of this, there was a refund owed back to me. Its only about £100, but still... £100 is £100!

Their offices are now closed (apparently they have moved, but i can find nothing online). Their website is closed (says thay havnt paid bills?!!). I drove to the offices and there is nothing on the door about where they have moved, nor do the neigbours or secruity man know where they have gone. He doesnt answer phones, or emails, and i have left messages asking him to call.

Does anyone know where they are? Or apparently there is another guy called Chris that works there... i dont have his number, only Dixon's.

HELP PLEASE!!

Mmmmm! Thats interesting.ive got Dixon on whatsapp and he isnt answering that either.

 

I just noticed that the 'Dixcel Equpped' banner is gone from my signature. Seems to be the reason of their website being closed:

"Account Suspended

This Account Has Been Suspended, due to unpaid invoices!!
Once payment has been made for the outstanding invoices the account will be re-enabled."

They are moving apparently, and Dixon was last on this site this morning.

 

He was answering emails about a custom exhaust, but tbh he stop replying so I went elsewhere.

 

if anyone hears from them, can they let me know please?

Ive had another issue very similar... They cant STILL be moving, and use that as an excuse? No contact for 2/3 weeks now...

Even if they're moving locations, the fact that they've had their web account suspended for unpaid bills would cause me great concern if I was owed money or parts from them. Just as an external viewer - not had any experience dealing directly with them.

 

Exactly, no reason you can't pick up the phone/return voice mails/send an email.
