I know Dixon doesn't seem to have the best of reputations but I think it's not very professional of the web hosting company to state the reason why the site is offline.

I notice it says invoices, though - plural. Meaning they've probably had the run around, too... /speculation

Wow. Interesting reading... wish i'd researched as well as this in the first place. I did look on this forum, and lots of people recommended him...

He's certainly not making many friends at the moment.

So if DMS are no good for Kent, who do we all recommend?

I wish I'd done more research rather than rely on the positive comments (previously) on here before I got conned as well

It's cost me a grand so far and my car still isn't right

Same as I was going to say - any decent company would've let just 1 invoice go overdue without taking the website offline, which means it's probably snowballed.

That said don't know if they should've pointed out that it was unpaid invoices which provoked the account suspension, although if a sites suspended it's normally pretty obvious why.

I see nothing wrong with what his hosting company has done. A 404 error at first would've been reasonable, but if that invoice still went unpaid... Wait until you're owed money and see how p*ssed off you get.
