Time for a change
Well the time has come to say goodbye to the S in favour of something with a couple more seats. I managed to get my wheels and airbox back to OEM fit ready to PX on Wednesday this week but annoyingly have been snowed in ever since so can't actualy get to the garage and pick up my replacement.
This car has given me some truly great driving experiences and I will be sorry to see it go, but needs must.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks to those who gave advice when needed and wish you all good luck getting your S2000's safely through the 'exciting' winter driving experience.
Thanks!
Ross

Are you going to sprint the Impreza, give russ some competition?
I've got my S2000 up for sale on Pistonheads so hopefully will have something different for next year

Yeah I plan to sprint it, but want to get it on a dyno first and find out exactly what it is running at present. I know what Russ gets out of the GT4 so want to at least be in the same ballpark.
Congratulations on the Speed League result by the way. Will you be at the awards do? I can't promise it will be the best night of your life but worth going if you can make it.
Ross
cheers, I'm expecting to be at the awards do should be a laugh.
be interesting to see how the 4wd goes on track compared to the rwd.
I was tempted to find an evo 6 or something similar although not sure I fancy going up against the purple skyline thats often out.
will probably end up in class A3 in either a z3m coupe, E46 M3 or 911 assuming anyone ever buys the S2000.

A3 is a good class although like you say the 2 GT3's might be a bit of a worry. They are however a bit 'all the gear, no idea' though, one of them even admits to being such. you never know, the right car and a cracking drive could well see you do them although you might not be too popular with Brian!

Not sure I'd get anywhere near the two GT3 RS's but it will be fun trying, especially as Brian seams to be using a generation 2 997 GT3 rs and leaving the 996 at home.
He didn't seam overly impressed when I was .06s off of him in first practice at Snetterton in the S2000 although by the end of it he'd beaten me by a fair amount.
I'd really like a radical SR3 but need more space to be able to own one.
