I was experienced a VERY HAIRY moment to work this morning, I lost control of the car as i came in a gentle curve with no more than 25 mph speed, there was absolutely no warning and my car sway to outside lane( I could easily hit any car !!!), this makes me think how safe is it to drive S2000 in wet!!!! My car tyres thread were fine and absolutely nothing wrong with my driving, but not sure if i gone through a pot of standing water!

It was a VERY LUCKY escape!!!

the same as any other relatively light and powerful RWD car. The car doesn't do things without warning unless there are external factors e.g. S2000 petrol on the road or the worst of all evils, nasty potholes which make you do 180s.

This car is evil - probably worth getting rid of it before it kills you

I am now very apprehensive driving S2k in wet as there is absolutely nothing I can do to prevent this morning incident from happening! I could easily be killed on the road!
Maybe getting a fatter tyres with wider track? Maybe Chris can improves the handling of the car and help me to get out of those hairy moment??
Any solution other than selling the car or dont drive it at all in the wet? I love my supercharged S!!!!

What make and size tyres do you have on your car, and how much tread exactly do you have on them?

Standard 05 model tyre Bridestone RE050s with approx 75% thread left, so tyre is not really a factor!!
