This is the one I have

The video took so much work! I've got everything setup now though, worth the effort I think in the end

It won't be, Ebay links are not allowed in the For Sale forum, but are allowed in other forums, unless it's obviously someone trying to sell their own stuff.
Ok everybody....if I give everybody a link to the best phone camera mounts I've found, specifically to reduce vibration and such, can someone walk me through importing the files into RaceRender? Please?
So I got this camera mount from a guy at a kiosk in the mall after searching everywhere for something that didn't vibrate much. He bought it but never used it. It worked great. It was on a flex stalk, but a short one that was real thick and stiff. So, it was real stable, but I could twist it so nothing blocked the camera lens. But it didn't have a brand name. Just a couple of patent numbers and "Made in Germany". Doing a patent search I found the guy who invented it, but still couldn't contact him or find where it was sold in the US.
Doing a lot more searching, I found the name of the company and the US importer. It comes in different styles, and some specific for specific phones. These things a built rock solid, just like a german product should be! Here you go:
http://www.igrip.us/
OK...so, I've got a Mac, loaded Windows 8 with no problem. Have the demo version of RaceRender. I can get the aLapHD files exported and then transferred to the computer. Currently didn't have the OBD bluetooth hooked up yet, but I will this weekend at the track. I know that aLapHD has different files for the different things it recorded. The video and audio as MP4, the GPS, the GMETER, and something called MRK (don't know what that is).
So, I don't know if I'm supposed to choose a RaceRender template or not, and if so, which one. Then, which fricken button to use to import all of them and join them together. Can someone give this idiot a step by step, cause the RaceRender manual sort of sucks for a complete novice.
Thanks.

Fortunately, it's very easy.
- Open aLap
- Press Replay
- Press Load Recording
- Select the recording you want from the list
- Press the "Export and edit options" button (4th from the left above where it says load recording, looks like a cog and screwdriver)
- A new set of menu items appears, press Export Data File
- Press Export RaceRender2.csv
- Once the eexport process is finished, A menu saying export via will appear, you can either send to your Mac via email or if you click the "back" button you will have a new file on your phone, called something like aLap20120302_160458_RR2_20120318_061015.csv
- That's the App finished with
- Copy the RR and MP4 files from your phone onto your Mac
- Open Racerender
- Click the "New" button
- Select the "Datalogger - With Tach template
- When the "Inputs" window opens, you'll see the first two rows are filled with "Datalogger" and "Video"
- You need to choose which files you're going to use for each, so for the Datalogger eslect your RR file and for Video select your MP4 file
- Click OK and you'll return to the main window, all should then work fine, and you need to play with RaceRender to adjust colours and the look etc.

Ugh! You're baiting me on! This is how far I got on my own already. Although I also have the other files GSS, MRK, GMETER, MP4
I'm eagerly awaiting the rest. Thanks very much.
Sorry, been watching the F1.
For Racerender you only need the video file (MP4) and the new "RR" file which contains all the other files combined together.
