Default Uprated engine mounts

As the title really. Not sure if it is normal for these cars but I feel to be getting quite a bit of torsional movement under heavy acceleration so looking at ways of reducing this. I am not convinced that an ETD could stop some of the forces at work but maybe uprated engine mounts will help (or maybe even both).

Now the big question is how easy are they to fit - can they be done from below by jacking up the engine or is it a more intensive process

Has anyone changed them over themselves? Any other suggestions?

A search reveals this thread, which is quite useful. I think you need to select replacements carefully.
