Default Wheel Arch Rust

Got some surface rust on one rear wheel arch, anyone you can recommend that I take it to, around MK/Bedford area

What a coincidence - just found some on my rear arches yesterday - must be everyone giving their cars a good clean! Mine had been hidden by the trim which was still clipped to the arch. I read on another thread that it was a rust-trap - seems so!

If you're using your cars in salty condition get those rubber arch liners off regularly, clean and waxoyl underneath them.

I had this fixed as part of some other work, where the metal folds over he put some impact resistant finish on and then wax oyl over that, it looks fine and 1 year on all good. It's definitely a weak point for the S
