Default Wheel spacers

Just on the off chance someone already has this information.
I'm getting my own spacers made and wondered if anybody knew if the bore sizes of 64.15 and 70.1 are the inner or outer and what the inner or outer should be?

thanks!

https://www.scienceofspeed.com/index...mm-2x64mm.html

From these spigot rings I'm guessing 73mm is the outside diameter and the 64.x and 70.x is the inside diameter for front and back.

firstly what wheels are you using them on as you could have them machined to that rather than running spigot rings. I think most aftermarket wheels are 73mm but the above is correct. 64.1 and 70.1 for the hubs
