Not on the UK models. We get a fog light instead IIRC.

I believe that there is not room on RHD models to get all the servos and stuff for the pedals/cruise control into the engine bay (the headers etc. are in the way wheras LHD models have a lot more space behind the drivers side of the bulkhead.)

If you look at the wiring diagrams and hardware in the Helm manual for the cruise control, there isn't very much involved. I'm pretty sure that if you can get hold of the parts (which are actually very few), you could probably install it yourself. The trick is to check that all the wires can be hooked up to the specified points. (I thought I'd be able to do the wiring for my foglight install on my N.A. model, just like the Euro model, but the appropriate pins I needed to wire to on the harness connectors were simply not there.)

If anyone is thinking they'd like to install the CC, I recommend looking through the Helm manual first, to see it it's feasible. I believe it is. The manual diagrams also give the procedure for adjusting the brake/pedal hardware settings.

IMHO I wdn't have thought that with all the pillocks there are on English roads that cruise control was terribly effective.

Update.... It looks like all you need is the Cruise Control Unit, Cruise Control Actuator and cable, the Set/Resume switch for the steering column, and the main switch; you may also need a clutch interlock switch (if it isn't already there). It looks like the only wiring you hook the CC unit to is already in place, the only two wires in question, which could be a problem, go between the CC unit and the gauge assembly. One goes TO the cruise control indicator on the dash (is there one?), and the other is the gauge assembly speedometer signal TO the CC unit.

So that's why there's a switch on the top of the clutch pedal!

Obvious when you think about it.
