The 04 a better car full stop, it drives better on UK roads and it looks better imo, which counts for fook all because looks are personal thing anyway.

Less wind and gearbox noise in the 04 you can still hear the engine and zorst, wouldn

people who stick another 10k or more on top of a used S2000 to get a new one have more money than sense as far as I am concerned......unless you really HAVE to be seen in a newer car why bother???

They do Nobles there too, these days

Give me a shout if you come up and we can meet for a drink at lunch time.
They've got three or four in at the moment; out of my league at the moment though.

Will drop you a PM.

less wind noise? What's different about the 04 to reduce wind noise?

I have to agree with the noise thing.
I did notice it on my test drives (other than the GT).
Seems weird but it is true.
Maybe there is just less noise from all sources with it being softer and slower
