I think Craig was referring to your fraternal chav-wheel colleague, ade73, Jamie

some of you guys have changed/ are changing from an older model to a newer model.

Question is why?

The differences are marginal at best.

I can understand the ones with company cars, or those who have gone away from the S and come back?

explain yourselves!
Cars wear out eventually, and when they get to a certain age they get expensive to run, especially considering Honda parts - dampers, clutch, hood etc all run into nearly 4 figures. Then there's the fact that the warranty can only be extended to 7 years.

I currently pay around

2.Regarding changing to a different car, I don't see anything out there that has the same level of comfort, speed, fun and practicality that you get with the S2k in that price bracket.
1. fair point. I accept that on a car running over 70?,000 miles

2. Is this more about a persons level of comfort zone. Risk averseness if you like. You know the Honda inside out so it's far easier to stick with what you know than to risk purchasing something that you don't. (both in terms of handling & road worthiness)

Maybe a time factor too-again you know everything about the S-anything else involves time getting to know it

I'd rather try something different. Maybe I'll buy an older model down the line for the reasons in 2. above
