It all makes sense now, I was reading the original post and thought "why did you need an MOT with a 2004 car when the crash was in 2005

However now seeing the photo with a MY00, with you rejoining I now realise that you've obviously changed your signature.

I get very confused these days

It reminds me of my lovely little crash but unfortunately I have no photos

How come someone bought it? Shouldn't it be written of as a Cat A/B? Although I guess engine/g'box could be salvaged (not much else though!!)

I know it wasn't covered by insurance but what's the mechanism to stop bad cars being rebuilt when not covered?

Nice one though, that's a proper smash up!!

Ouch, that's a mess. I was not around when this happened but I am pleased you walked away from that one.
Made me smile about the three passengers.
I can't begin to image what it would be like to be in an S when it's rolled

It wasn't written off so can't be registered as a CAT B,C,D etc.He didn't claim.

Fancy doing a check on the plate to see if it's still on the road.......that would be worrying!

Glad ur ok from that crash..the car looks pretty crushed, did u walk out from the car or some1 else pull u out like in the movies?

anyway, onto the serious matters. have u tried calling your local citizen advice bureau? they have some legal expert there and might be able to help u out. claim injury or something even, every little counts.
