It all makes sense now, I was reading the original post and thought "why did you need an MOT with a 2004 car when the crash was in 2005

Cant believe you didnt pursue for money, beleive me - its worth it. I crashed my car on a track day - 6 month insurance battle, ombudsmen involved and ruled in my favour 12k in my sky rocket.......worth it every time.

Sorry to hear about this.

It is possible to get a post dated MOT ceritifcate if you speak to the right kind of garage. May cost you more than usual though. ;-)

Nick
