For this years RTD, will anyone (besides myself) be attending the Dragon and would like to caravan down from the midwest?

In the past, this was a pretty big caravan that would meet in Cinci, then head to the Dragon. I hope it can someday go back to how it used to be. The caravans down 75 used to be quite the amazing sight

I'd go for a caravan from the Chicagoland area. Where are you leaving from?

How far are you away from Chicago? I was planning on leaving from around the UIC area. But if you are located south of the city we can meet somewhere out by you.

I'm in St. Charles which is 35 miles west of downtown. I think that you'll be taking I-94 down to I-80 and then over to I-65 to go south. I'll be taking I-355 south to I-80 and then over to I-65. We could meet at the Indiana Welcome Center just off of I-80 near Hammond. It's an off-ramp from I-80 and return on-ramp to I-80. So, there is no need to pay toll or navigate local roads.

The issues for me would be date and time. I'm leaving early on the morning of 26 April in order to arrive at Fontana Village by 5PM at the very latest. So, I'd need to leave my place at, say, 5:30AM± to meet you at the Welcome Center at, say, 7AM±.
