I don't know if it'd be worth the price of admission to try to "discover the limits of the car" in the cold or rain (last I checked it was forecasted) or dark.
Any suggestions to try to learn the limits, practice countersteering, toe and heeling, etc., on my 2004 (question 3)?
Thanks,
Young

The clubs listed above are just offering "track days" for you to go out on your own. SpeedTrial can set you up with an instructor that can help you start down the path of learning these things.
I just got a PM from Harry (HECASH) and he menionted that both of the events he listed for this coming weekend have instructors available.
Sorry, my bad.
Road America is a BAD place to try to learn. Mistakes can get VERY costly at RA.

This is just a warning about what can happen at RA.

Good group, fun track, a little expensive. Instructors on-hand. Weather may be not so good though.
