^Did you find that you lost any seat travel after installing the BYS rails? I feel like I lost at least one click of the stock rails...

^ Yes, I would say I lost one click going backwards. I didn't actually realize it until I took the seat out to put seat covers on a couple years back.

Here's what I did to my first set of S2000 seats for my original car and what I'll be doing to the wife's seats in her car:

I still haven't lowered my seat. I'm downtown today. Anyone have lowered seats I can try?

and this is what I'll be doing because with a helmet, I can't have the hardtop on.

Well that is pretty promising! I'm surprised there isn't really anything like that out already. BYS doesn't count.

I just sorta kinda lowered mine using the "hammer method". I pulled the pan out and hammered strait down on the rear studs (pan upside down). You gotta be really careful not to damage the threads on the studs while hammering. I think I lowered them a grand total of 1/4-1/2", not much. I'm not brave enough to go all out on the only seat pan I have.

First impressions is that it does feel a little lower. I haven't driven yet, but I noticed that I seem to look more out of the center of the windshield than the top. I don't pass the broom stick test, even without a helmet. But I am 6'1" with lots of torso.
