hahaha i did that in Texas but the bastards found me, lol. They even sent a letter to my comand where i was stationed at in california.

Sounds like Chicago madly, fkn crooks.. I cant see how speeding (a much more dangerous act) is given a $75 fine when a red light is $100.. Im sure most people look for other cars and people before turning.... right?

Regardless of the signs and what not, cant see how a C note justifies it.

..... and yea i got one of those a few months back, pictures and all.
Roosevelt turning right onto State, just followed what the car ahead of me did.
Cant help but to show chicago my middle finger appreciation for hitting every god damned red light there now, especially when there is no other vehicle on cross traffic lanes or people waiting to cross

Because driving straight through a red light can be pretty damn dangerous for any nearby cars or pedestrians. The camera isn't limited to going off for a prohibited right on red.
