trans oil change.
Everyone has their own preference.
For some drivers, Honda MTF works great. Depends on how you drive and the trans in your car.
Honda MTF did not hold up in my car, within 3000 miles the trans got notchy, and showed signs of slight grinding in second.
After two cycles of Honda fluid, I switche to GM Syncromesh FM.
Never had a problem in heat with notchiness or ever had a grind again.
Some people say Syncromesh did not work more than 6000 miles and that Redline MT90 worked better.
WIthout sounding like a broken record, if your trans feels good, use Honda MTF.

what about using mobil 1 gear oil 75w90?
That's way the wrong stuff. The Mobil1 75w90 is great for the differential, but NOT the transmission.

My first change I used MTF, the second change which I'm doing Sat. I'm going to use the Synchromesh.
For the diff. I used the Mobile 1 but I'm going to change to the LE 607 Almasol (sp?)
And for brake I used ATE super blue but I'm changing to the gold.
